The new Jocca 2078 oil-free fryer is a small model, with a capacity of 5 liters and a power of 1450W . This gives you an adjustable temperature between 80 and 200ºC so you can cook in 4 modes: frying, baking, roasting and heating food. All this requires just a spoonful of oil for cooking.
