6.1-inch FullHD+ screen
This new phone from Google has a 6.1-inch screen , big enough to be held in one hand without getting in the way, and is IP67* certified . This certifies it as a water and dust resistant model. The screen, in turn, has a FullHD+ 2400 x 1080 px resolution and was developed with OLED technology that faithfully represents the colors.
*IPXX standards (67-68) are established based on tests carried out in the laboratory and in a controlled place, with immersion in fresh water at room temperature for a specified time. We recommend not immersing the device in salty, chlorinated, hot water and/or other liquids that could be corrosive, as well as sweat, which could affect its seal. For proper maintenance, if the device comes into contact with these products, clean it with fresh water immediately.
Configurable color temperature
In fact, this screen has two color options to choose from : natural colors or adaptive colors. With the latter, the mobile phone will saturate the representation on the screen to give more liveliness to the reproduction of contents. The panel's brightness is high for outdoor use and has a refresh rate of 90 Hz .
Two ways to unlock your phone
The new Google Pixel 7a has an in-display fingerprint sensor, which is quite powerful and secure. In addition, this version integrates face unlock in less than a second, a feature that did not exist on the Google Pixel before.
