Where We Are

We are located in the district of Lisbon, municipality of Sintra, Parish of São João das Lampas.

As it is a 100% online national store, Droptex does not receive visitors to its office and/or deposits with those who have commercial partnerships.

All contacts with our store and customers are made via email, WhatsApp and telephone contacts available within the stipulated time windows - Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 6:00pm.

Travel and/or in-person contacts are exceptionally accepted in cases of guarantees or situations related to after-sales, and only when the customer's location is less than 10 km from the main office.
